    MEAL SCHEDULE UPDATE | ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA DE COMIDAS 04/02/2020
     
    The meal program will not be available during spring break, April 6-10. It will resume Monday, April 13.

    El programa de comidas no estará disponible durante las vacaciones de primavera, del 6 al 10 de abril. Se reanudará el lunes 13 de abril.

     
    In an effort to limit exposure, effective Thursday, March 26, we will have one meal pickup and delivery per day. Afternoon schedule remains the same: Elementary: 11:30 – 12:30 pm; Delivery: 11:00 – 11:30. This meal pickup and delivery will include both breakfast and lunch.
     
    En un esfuerzo por limitar la exposición, a partir del jueves 26 de marzo, tendremos una entrega de comida por día. El horario de la tarde sigue siendo el mismo: La primaria: 11:30 - 12:30 pm; Entrega en bus: 11:00 - 11:30. Esta entrega de comida incluirá desayuno y almuerzo.

  • 5th grade Math is Cool team won 2nd place in their division at the regional competition on Feb. 28. Two students also won individual awards by coming in 12th and 1st in their division.


  • Federico Colin Jr., Citlaly Guzman, and Rebecca Hernandez. They traveled to Olympia to attend an FFA Legislative and Advocacy training. After their training they went onto the capitol campus and had the chance to meet with Senator Brad Hawkins, visit the Capitol building, and Supreme Court.

    Strategic Plan Improvement Goals

     

    1. Ensure a school culture where every student is respected, safe, academically challenged and engaged.
    2. Ensure rigorous and relevant learning opportunities.
    3. Ensure high quality and effective personnel in all positions.
    4. Ensure strong partnerships with students, families, and community.
    5. Ensure district resources support the strategic plan.

    The next regularly scheduled school board meeting is March 30, 2020 6:00 pm, Middle School Commons.

    Career Fairs are starting is just a few weeks.  If you plan to retire or move on to another district in the upcoming school year, please let your principal know as soon as possible.

    The Middle School and Elementary School will be completed and turned over to the district right around the start of the New Year.  The High School will be complete mid-January with the final touches being put together in the kitchen.  Landscaping and parking lots will be completed this spring once warmer weather arrives.  We have received notice from OSPI that we have received the Urgent Repair grant to remodel the High School office and front entryway.  This work will take place later this school year.  The staff and students are excited to move into their new space.
